I have had the opportunity, over the years, to use different contractors, having built 4 houses from the ground up, and totally remodel 2 homes extensively. I am familiar with how things are done in the building industry, and why they are done the way they should be, etc. I pretty much know if I am being smoozed, or not, from my own personal involvement and history. Joel Lemkemann, is extremely knowledgeable in the building industry, but more than that, is a master technician at finish work. He also has a vast knowledge of how to build with quality, and craftsmanship. With all these qualities, add vision and the work ethic to do it right. Joel is a contractor that not only has done it all, but also knows how to recommend changes for doing it better. He always has a smile, never an attitude, just good honest work ethics. He has my confidence and I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants it done right with quality.
